Kaden's New Year Thoughts

With a little inspiration from my friend Shelli, I decided to start a new tradition in our family. Each year, on New Year's Day, each member of our family will answer a set of questions. We'll record these answers in a special notebook, and pull it out the following year, answer the same questions again, and compare our answers from before- laughing, or renewing some of the same goals. Andy and I will participate as well, but I won't record those answers here. I thought some people might get a kick out of Kaden's answers.

Remember, he's 2 1/2.

1. I'm a little afraid of.... itsy bitsy spider

2. My favorite thing to do is... go fishin'

3. If I could go anywhere in the world, I'd.... go fishin'

4. If I had 3 wishes, they would be... (not sure he really understood what a wish is) fishin' game, snack, Nemo

5. When I grow up I want to be...... a banker (Andy loved that one)

6. My best friend is.... Emersyn Braman (big surprise)

7. God has blessed me this year by..... "I don't know... fishies?" (It was so cute, he really was confused as to what I was asking him!)

8. The people I love are... Jesus, Itsy Spider, Uncle Brian

9. One way I want to serve others this year is..... Mommy, Daddy, Kaden

10. Something I would like to do in 2011 is... fishin' game
