Lent- Day 28

82. "Little Mother"  Makenna is quite the little mother.  For 90% of the day, you'll see her playing with her babies, pushing them around, carrying them, changing their diapers, etc.  This morning she was walking around with 2 diaper bags.  I guess you can never be too prepared.

83. Catching up with old friends.  I had dinner with Kristen tonight, and every time we get together, we just pick up where we left off.  I'm thankful that God gives us friends for life.  People who know us, who understand us, who love us despite our faults, and who will always be a blessing in our lives.

84. Prime parking spots.  Let's be real here.  I know that God had something to do with both of us finding prime parking spots downtown for our dinner tonight.  Especially for Kristen's sake being 8 months preggo :).  We both drove around for about 15 min trying to find a spot without any luck.  And then bingo.  2 spots right next to the restaurant.  Thank you, Lord, for the small blessings of good parking spots.  This horrible parallel parker is forever grateful.
